Very unprofessional and non informative.
I came in for a cold cough and the doctor didn't even try to help with my medical needs nor did he even introduce himself when walking into the room. He made feel extremely uncomfortable and was completely off subject on the reason why I came for the medical visit. Also he made me feel like he was absolutely invading my privacy in terms of my medical history and was very non-understanding.
He prescribed me with medications that have nothing to do with my sickness.
And also did not inform me of the medications I'm supposed to be taking and what it will do. He was just rushing to get me in and out.
I don't recommend this clinic and will not be revisiting again.
I'm better off paying out of pocket with Kaiser and get the real medical attention I needed and deserved.
